Its mission is to share the stimulating insights I have gained and the new ones I continue to discover daily about ensuring consumer satisfaction and innovation success.

My consumer and sensory expertise began with the numerous consumer studies and sensory panels I lead worlwide during my 6 years at SAM Sensory & Marketing, mainly in the food industry. This is also where I honed my consulting and project management skills.

Beyond these technical skills, my 9 years at l’Oréal R&I made me dive and swim all along the full innovation process of cosmetics. It also introduced me the subtle art of change management within an organization... Which essentially means knowing that patience, empathy and relationship are key!
