I'm the guy behing vanillä : Michaël :-)
vanillä is the fruit of +16 years of project management in the innovation field, bridging the gap between R&D and marketing teams. Its mission since 2022 is to support innovation teams (marketing x R&D) working better together and increasing consumer satisfaction and innovation success.
My consumer and sensory expertise began with the numerous consumer studies and sensory panels I lead worlwide during my 6 years at SAM Sensory & Marketing, mainly in the food industry. This is also where I honed my consulting and project management skills.
Beyond these technical skills, my 10 years at l’Oréal R&I made me dive and swim all along the full innovation process of cosmetics. It also introduced me the subtle art of change management within an organization... Which essentially means knowing that patience, empathy and relationship are key!
This experience creates the perfect blend for vanillä to support your product inno & dev projects, with a touch of personal commitment to build a true partnership: passion, trust, fun, and respect for both the end user and the planet.
